We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on any product that you are not completely satisfied with. Simply return the unopened, unused part for a full refund or credit for the cost of the product (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please enclose the invoice or delivery note with your return.
Multiple packs
We can only take back multipacks if not more than one package has been opened. All remaining packaging in the multipack must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with the unopened manufacturer's seal still attached.
Large quantities
All sales of 100/250/500/1000 grams and more are final after opening the package. We do not accept returns of unopened bags after 30 days from the date of your order.
